dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá rolí komunikace v práci všeobecné sestry v nemocnici a dalších zdravotnických zařízeních. Je složena z teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část (obsahuje osm kapitol) je zaměřena na zásady komunikace s klienty různých onemocnění a poruch. První a druhá kapitola definují komunikaci z obecného hlediska. Další kapitoly teoretické části popisují specifika komunikace s dětmi, seniory, psychiatricky nemocnými, klienty s demencí, mentálním postižením, a onkologickým onemocněním. Praktická část se zabývá úrovní komunikačních znalostí všeobecných sester. Předal jsem dotazníky sestrám v různých zařízeních. Dotazníky měly 19 otázek a zabývaly se různými oblastmi a situacemi v komunikaci ve zdravotnictví. Výstupem mé bakalářské práce je ?Multi - slovník?, brožury s praktickými komunikačními radami a seznámení s výsledky dotazníkového šetření.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis deals with ?the role of communication in the work of nurse? in the hospital and other medical facilities. It composed of theoretical and practical part. Theoretical part (she contains eight chapters) is concentrated on principles of communication with patients various diseases and disorders. The first and second chapter define communication in general aspects. Other chapters of theoretical part describe the specific of communication with children, seniors, psychiatric patients, patients with dementia, mental disease, and on-kologic disease. The practical part deals on knowledge of communication level of nurses. I gave a questionnaires nurses of different facilities. Questionnaires were 19 questions and they engaged with different areas and situations of communication in health. The result of my bachelor thesis is ?Multiculture-vocabulary and booklets with practise tips and acquainting with resultes my questionnaire survey.	en
