Práce se zabývá problematikou financování příspěvkových organizací v sociálních službách, které zřizují kraje, podle právní úpravy platné do konce roku 2006 a po roce 2007, s účinností nového zákona o sociálních službách č. 108/2006 Sb. Poukazuje na systémové změny nového zákona v oblasti poskystování sociálních služeb a ve struktuře a zdrojích financování. Cílem práce je ukázat, že nedošlo k naplnění všech záměrů dlouho připravovaného a očekávaného zákona o sociálnních službách. |

The thesis deals with financing of contributory organizations which were established by the county in the social sevices area. The legislativ concerned was in force till the end 2006 andafter 2007 there was the new Act on Social Services, No. 108/2006 Coll. In refers to systematic changes in the new law in the area of social services provision as well as to the structure and sources of funding. The aim of the thesis is to show that not all the objectives of the long awaited law on social services were fulfiled. |
