Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku firemní kultury jako nástroje řízení ve veřejné správě. Práce přináší teoretický pohled nejen na firemní kulturu jako takovou, ale i na její význam v oblasti řízení. Dále na specifikaci veřejné správy a uplatnění firemní kultury uvnitř veřejné správy. Součástí bakalářské práce je i praktická část, která obsahuje vyhodnocení kvality firemní kultury na úřadě práce. |
