dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá klíčovými kompetencemi sociálního pracovníka a součas-ně postojem studentů oboru Sociální pedagogika FHS UTB Zlín k těmto kompetencím a sociální práci obecně. V první části bakalářské práce se autor věnuje teoretickému pohledu na sociální práci, její cíle a rysy, definuje v ní základní pojmy i její propojení se sociální pedagogikou, jakožto příbuznou vědou. Největší pozornost je ovšem věnována samotným kompetencím sociálního pracovníka, jimiž se autor zabývá jak v teoretické části, tak v praktické části seminární práce. V praktické části jsou zkoumány postoje studentů ke kom-petencím sociálního pracovníka formou kvantitativního výzkumu.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This Bachelor thesis deals with the key competences of a social worker and it has been focused on the student?s of the FHS at TBU in Zlin attitude toward these competences as well as the social work generally. In the forepart the scriptwriter puts the brain into theoretical view of the social work, its purposes and the characteristic features. He is trying to abstract some basic notions and its connection to the Social pedagogy which has been regarded as a social work relatived science. The main attention has been paid directly to description of the social worker key's competences themselves and the author is devoting to them in the both forepart and empirical parts of this thesis. Moreover in the empirical part the student's attitude toward these competences has been surveyed using competing the questionnaires.	en
