Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice služební přípravy policistů Policie ČR jako jedné z možných forem vzdělávání. Na pozadí pedagogického procesu představuje základní atributy služební přípravy. Definuje základní pojmy jako služební příprava a instruktor služební přípravy. Popisuje cíle, kterých má být dosaženo v jednotlivých oblastech služební přípravy. Seznamuje s obsahem jednotlivých oblastí služební přípravy ? použití donucovacích prostředků, použití zbraně, nácvik taktických dovedností a kondiční přípravy. V bakalářské práci jsou v rámci jednotlivých etap služební přípravy rozpracovány metody a formy, jimiž je služební příprava uskutečňována. Obsahem práce je i výčet pedagogických zásad, které jsou neodmyslitelnou součástí každého výchovného procesu, jež zvyšují jeho efektivitu. Praktická část práce je zaměřena na efektivitu služební přípravy při využití současně používaných metod. Na základě zjištěných skutečností se snaží nalézt důvody stávajícího stavu, navrhnout východiska k jeho řešení. |

This study presents a prospective professional service training programme for the Czech Policeforce. Against the backdrop of the educational process, this study aims to outline the foundational pillars of this service training. These key areas will be taken one by one and covered in depth. The basic (functions and definitions) of the service training and the professional service trainer will be defined along with the required targets of these particular sections of the training service. Furthermore, the detailed syllabus for these areas of the training service will be looked at such as the use of compulsory measures, use of weapons, training of tactical skills and conditional training within a practical framework that provides both the methods and approaches needed in order to accomplish the training. The training principles are focused upon and shown to be within the context of the educational process and that this inseperability is what enhances its efficiency and effectiveness. The practical element details this efficiency of the professional service training utilising the current methods and highlights the current issues found to potentially be the reason for the current situation and goes on to offer suggestions as to the starting point and how to address and solve it. |
