V této bakalářské práci se chci zabývat problematikou poskytování sociálních sluţeb, jeho kvalitou a to v zařízení, které poskytuje sociální sluţby pro naše mentálně postiţené spolu-občany. Zařízení, ve kterém bych se chtěl touto problematikou zabývat a ve kterém v sou-časné době pracuji, se jmenuje Vincentinum Šternberk. Toto zařízení poskytuje sociální sluţby pro mentálně postiţené děti, muţe, ţeny a seniory. V první části této práce popíšu cíle Vincentina, jeho historii, současnost a budoucnost. Bu-du se také zabývat kvalitou poskytovaných sociálních sluţeb a problematikou pobytových sluţeb. Popíšu co je to mentální postiţení, co je příčinou jeho vzniku a jeho klasifikaci. Tato část práce je pojata spíše teoreticky. Ve druhé části této práce, bych chtěl zjistit, pomocí dotazníkového šetření, jak jsou uţivate-lé tohoto zařízení spokojeni se sluţbami, které jim Vincentinum Šternberk nabízí. |

In this bachelor thesis, I want to address the issue of providing social services and the quali-ty of the facility which provides social services for our mentally handicapped citizens. The facility, which I would like to address this issue and where I currently teach is called Vin-centinum Šternberk. This facility provides social services for mentally handicapped children, men,women and seniors. In the first part of this thesis I will describe the objectives of Vincentinum, its history, pre-sent and future. I will also deal with the quality of social services and the issue of residential services. I will describe what it is a mental disability, what is the cause of its creation and its classification. This part is rather conceived theory. In the second part of this work, I want to find out through a questionnaire survey, how users are satisfied with the services which are offered by Vincentinum Šternberk. |
