dc.description.abstract	Předkládaná bakalářská práce na téma Moderní metody detekce genetických vad plodu je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část je zaměřena na historii prenatální diagnostiky, embryologii, přehled nejzávažnějších vrozených vývojových vad plodu a na neinvazivní a invazivní vyšetřovací metody v prenatální diagnostice. V praktické části bylo cílem zjistit úroveň znalostí respondentek a jejich informovanost o této problematice. Dalším cílem bylo zjistit spokojenost žen s přístupem lékařů a porodních asistentek a zjistit zájem respondentek o vytvoření nového edukačního materiálu. Výsledky jsou zpracovány v tabulkách a grafech.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The presented bachelor thesis on the topic Modern methods of detection of genetic defects in the foetus is dividend into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is focused on history of prenatal diagnostics, embryology, an overview of the most serious congenital defects in the foetus and the non-invasive and invasive methods in prenatal diagnostics. In the practical part was to determine the level of knowledge respondents and their awareness of this issue. Next objective was to determine women's satisfaction with the medical and midwives and to find respondents interested in establishing a new educational material. Results are presented in tables and graphs.	en
