V minulosti stála problematika vězeňství na okraji zájmu společnosti. Po roce 1989, kdy došlo k zásadním změnám ve společnosti, nastoupilo i české vězeňství cestu radikální transformace. Jedním z prioritních úkolů bylo zvýšit úroveň vzdělanosti a profesionality vězeňského personálu. K tomu, aby byl takový stav dosažen, musela být zpracována a poté realizována nová organizační a obsahová koncepce vzdělávání všech zaměstnanců. V této práci jsem se pokusila objasnit historický vývoj a poukázat na současný stav vzdělávání personálu Vězeňské služby České republiky. |

The Prison Service and System was on the edge of a society interest in the past. The Czech Prison Service started a way of radical transformation after 1989 when there were introduced fundamental changes in a whole society. The increasement of education and professionalism of prison personnel were the prior tasks. Therefore, there had to be compiled and than implemented a new organisational and content conception of the education of all employees of the Prison Service of the Czech Republic. I tried in this bachelor work on the one hand to explain historical development and on the other hand to refer to the present situation as far as the education of the Prison Service personnel of the Czech Republic is concerned. |
