dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem multikulturní kompetence učitele. Teoretická část pojednává o multikulturní výchově, o kompetencích obecně, o profesních a multikulturních kompetencí učitele. Z těchto poznatků vychází část praktická. V rámci výzkumu byl vytvo-řen list multikulturních kompetencí učitele, jež respondenti - učitelé Houndsfield Primary School in London a 1. Základní školy v Holešově - měli seřadit od nejvíce důležitých k nejméně důležitým. Cílem kvantitativního výzkumu bylo na základě získaných dat po-rovnat tyto výsledky názorů učitelů mezi sebou, a zjistit, zda jsou mezi hodnocením multi-kulturních kompetencí významné rozdíly.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis is focused on theme of teacher's multicultural competencies. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with problems of multicultural education, about competencies in general and about teacher's multicultural competencies. This theoretical frame is starting point for practical part of the thesis. The practical part is based on a quantitative approach. For this research a list of multicultural competencies was created, which teachers from Houndsfield Primary School and Primary School in Holešov had to arrange in order of priority - from the most important to the less important. The aim of the research was to Compare these results with each other and to find out if there are any diferencies in multicultural competencies evaluation.	en
