Tématem této bakalářské práce je jedna z nyní velmi diskutovaných diagnóz. Jsou jimi poruchy autistického spektra. Teoretická část obsahuje vymezení termínu dětský autismus a jiných příbuzných poruch spadajících do poruch autistického spektra(PAS). Jsou zde základní informace o původu, historii, etiologii a možnostech léčby autismu a podrobněji je popsáno myšlení člověka s autismem, problémové chování a také možnosti intervence u těchto osob. V praktické části se zabývám zkušenostmi pedagogů konkrétního centra pro osoby s autismem, kterým je RCA (Regionální Centrum Autistů), nacházející se v Žiline. Cílem je nalézt odpověď na otázku, co těmto pedagogům činí největší obtíž při nápravě problé-mového chování u jejich klientů |

The thesis is dissertation about one of currently most discussed mental diagnosis, the Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD). In the first, theoretical part of the paper I am dealing with definition of the term "Childhood Autism" and related anamnesis falling within ASD. I am mentioning only basic facts about background and history of autism and its treatment. On the other hand I am trying to describe and analyse the mind of autistic person, his/her behavior and last, but not least, possibilities and options of practical interventional treatment of the handicapped. The second part of the paper is analysing practical experiences of one particular center for autists, in this case the Regionalni Centrum Autistu (RCA) in city of Zilina, Slovakia. I am focusing on major obstacles the RCA staff is dealing with during the process of correction of autistic person's problematic behavior. |
