Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématikou preventivně výchovného působení HZS ČR a HZS Zlínského kraje na dětí a mládeže v souvislosti s řešením mimořádných událostí. Práce se skládá ze tří částí. První část bakalářské práce je zaměřena na pohled informovanosti z hlediska Listiny základních práv a svobod a na legislativní požadavky v oblasti informovanosti a komunikace. Ve druhé části je práce zaměřena na oblast preventivně výchovné činnosti Ministerstva vnitra - HZS ČR a HZS Zlínského kraje, jako organizační složky státu, v krátkosti je nastíněn právní rámec preventivně výchovné činnosti. Jsou zde uvedeny některé konkrétní aktivity HZS ČR směrem k ochraně obyvatelstva ČR a aktivity v oblasti preventivně výchovné činnosti HZS Zlínského kraje ve svém regionu. Ve třetí části je představen projekt preventivní výchovy dětí v oblasti požární ochrany a ochrany obyvatelstva. |

The Bachelor thesis deals with preventive educational activities of the Fire Brigade Rescue Corps of the Czech Republic (HZS ČR) and the Fire Brigade Rescue Corps of the Zlín region (HZS of the Zlín region) for children and youngsters in relation with emergency situations. The thesis consists of three parts. The first one is focused on providing information in regard to the Declaration of Human Rights and legislative requirements in the area of providing information and communication. The second part of the thesis is about preventive educational activities of the Ministry of the Interior ? HZS ČR and HZS of the Zlín region as the organizational bodies of state. It also briefly outlines the legal scope of the preventive educational activities. There are mentioned some specific activities of HZS ČR related to the protection of the citizens of the Czech Republic, and some preventive educational activities of HZS of the Zlín region in its own region. The third part introduces a project on preventive education of children in the area of fire prevention and citizen protection. |
