Posttraumatická intervenční péče je pomoc, která byla u Policie ČR zřízena pro policisty, kteří v souvislosti s plněním služebních úkolů nebo při pomoci, či záchraně života a zdraví osob, prožili událost, která ovlivnila jejich jednání, chování a rozhodování. Narušila soukromý nebo rodinný způsob života, či vnukla myšlenku na ukončení života. Rovněž se péče uplatňuje při mimořádných událostech (povodně, vlaková neštěstí ), kdy je poskytována zasahujícím policistům, ale i ostatním osobám, kterých se neštěstí určitým způsobem dotklo a není v jejich vlastních silách se s následky takto prožité události vyrovnat a potřebují odbornou pomoc. Cílem mé diplomové práce je seznámit čtenáře se systémem posttraumatické intervenční péče, který byl zřízen jako pomoc policistům, jež prožili traumatizující událost, ale následně i ostatním lidem, kteří byli zasaženi mimořádnou událostí a projevily se u nich následky, které neuměli sami zpracovat a vypořádat se s nimi. Praktickou část diplomové práce tvoří výzkum, který je zaměřen na zjištění informovanosti příslušníků Policie České republiky o systému posttraumatické intervenční péče. |

Posttraumatic intervention care is an assistance set up within the Czech Police for the officers. For those who in connection with their duties or life-saving actions experienced an event that affected their actions, behavior and decision making. In addition, traumatic event could also influence their family or private life or brought the idea of suicide. It also applies to disasters (floods, train accidents, ) when intervention is offered to the policemen involved in the emergency but also to other people somehow affected when they are not capable to get over the consequences of such event and they need professional help. The main aim of my thesis is to acquaint the reader with the system of posttraumatic intervention care established to assist the policemen and other people affected by the emergency, who could not handle experiences by themselves and deal with them. The practical part of this thesis consists of research that focuses on the awareness of policemen within the Czech Police about the system of posttraumatic intervention care. |
