dc.description.abstract	Práce se zabývá edukací seniorů jak v teoretické rovině, tak v praxi. Cílem práce je shrnout poznatky o stáří, možnostech vzdělávání seniorů v ČR, seznámit čtenáře s Národním programem přípravy na stárnutí. Práce dále mapuje možnosti vzdělávání seniorů v konkrétním domově seniorů v Brně a na základě průzkumu analyzuje kromě nabídky aktivit též rozsah zájmů seniorů a jejich motivy k dalšímu vzdělávání. Cílem práce je též vyhodnocení aktuálního stavu vzdělávání v brněnských domovech a to na základě průzkumu mezi řediteli jednotlivých domovů.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis focuses on education of senior citizens both on a theoretical and applied level. The objective is to summarize the available knowledge about aging process, possibilities for further education of senior citizens in the Czech Republic, and inform the readers about the National programme of preparation for helping the aged. Furthermore, the thesis maps the educational opportunities in a specific retirement home in Brno and based on a survey it contains an analysis of the activity offering as well as the range of interests and hobbies and the motivation of aged to further education. The goal is also to evaluate the current status of education in Brno retirement homes based on a survey done among their directors.	en
