Diplomová práce na téma ?Komparace terapeutických programů ve specializovaných odděleních výkonu trestu? se stručně zabývá historií a aktuální podobou českého vězeňství. Osvětluje zákonné normy a seznamuje se specializovanými odděleními pro odsouzené s poruchou chování způsobenou užíváním omamných a psychotropních látek. Jsou popsány poznatky k závislosti a drogové problematice a nastíněna možnost terapeutického a léčebného působení na tuto skupinu jedinců. V empirické části jsou porovnány různé druhy podmínek určující vznik, činnost a realizaci terapeutických programů ve věznicích Nové Sedlo (věznice s dozorem) a Příbram (věznice s ostrahou). |

The thesis ?Comparison of therapeutic programs in specialized departments of prisons" briefly deals with the history and contemporary form of the Czech prison system. Illuminates the legal standards and introduces specialized departments for inmates with behavioural disorders due to use of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances. There are reported findings on addiction and drug issues and outlined the possibility of psychotherapy and therapeutic action of this group of individuals. In the empirical section, it compares the different types of conditions determining the formation, functioning and implementation of therapeutic programs in the prisons Nové Sedlo (medium security prison) and Příbram (high security prison). |
