Tématem této diplomové práce je pohled na svobodné občany České republiky, na jejich vědomí o povinnosti vůči druhým a vnímání demokratických hodnot. Text práce je zřetelně zacílen na základní a v moderní společnosti často zmiňovaná lidská práva, a to právo na soukromí vyjádřené respektováním soukromého života a právo na osobní svobodu či volnost pohybu. V souvislosti s tím je nutné připomenout, že s postupující globalizací současné informační společnosti a s možnostmi, které nabízejí nové komunikační a počítačové technologie, je soukromí každého občana vystaveno rostoucím rizikům. Podtématem je pak ochota občanů, dočasně přehodnotit rozsah požívání některých garantovaných práv a svobod, v zájmu efektivní ochrany života, zdraví, majetku a veřejného pořádku, realizované státem, za účelem naplňování dalšího ze základních lidských práv, kterým je právo na osobní bezpečnost. |

The aim of this diploma thesis is the view on the free citizens in the Czech Republic, their awareness of duty to the other people and the perception of the democratic values. The text itself is focused on the fundamental human rights often mentioned in the modern society ? the right to privacy with respect to private life and the right of personal freedom or the freedom in motion. In connection with this theme it is necessary to point out that the privacy of a citizen is threatened by ingoing globalisation of current information society and with the brand new possibilities of communicative and computer technologies. The sub-theme is then the willingness of citizens to re-value temporarily the amount of some guaranteed rights and freedoms in the concern over effective life protection, health, possession and public peace. This is carried out by the state with the purpose to fulfill one of the basic human rights ? human safety. |
