dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou mobbingu, bossingu. Řešením konfliktních situací jak v obecné rovině, tak se zaměřením na konflikty na pracovištích. Práce zprostředkovává v ucelené a systematické formě nejnovější dostupné poznatky z oblasti konfliktů na pracovišti, především z oblasti mobbingu, bossingu a jejich řešení. Tyto poznatky by měly čtenáře obohatit o základní teoretické znalosti, které by jimi měly být využity ke zdokonalování v umění úspěšně řešit tyto náročné životní situace v osobním i pracovním životě.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This diploma thesis deals with the topic of workplace conflicts usually referred to as mobbing or bossing. It covers solutions of general interpersonal conflicts and then focuses particularly on workplace conflicts. Thesis introduces in integrated and systematic way most recent knowledge from the area of workplace conflicts, primarily mobbing and bossing and its solutions. Presented findings should give the reader basic theoretical knowledge and develop its capability to solve successfully difficult situations both in personal life and working career.	en
