Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou ztráty zaměstnání, a to především subjektivním prožíváním této náročné životní události, včetně dopadu na kvalitu života rodin s dětmi. Práce se skládá ze dvou vzájemně provázaných částí. Teoretická se věnuje významu za-městnání pro člověka, obecnému dělení příčin nezaměstnanosti, ohroženým skupinám na trhu práce, prožívání nezaměstnanosti samotnými nezaměstnanými, změně životní úrovně jejich rodin, významu rodinné a sociální podpůrné sítě. V praktické části výzkum zjišťuje postoje nezaměstnaných k jejich současnému stavu, jejich prožívání, analyzuje pohledy na momentální situaci. Cílem práce je zachytit subjektivní pocity nezaměstnaného člověka, včetně dopadu na jeho rodinu a srovnat získané informace v závislosti na místě bydliště. Náhled by rovněž mohl pomoci sociálním pracovníkům a dalším odborníkům v pomáhajících profesích, kteří přicházejí do styku s nezaměstnanými, přiblížit jim jejich pocity. |

The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of loss of employment, namely the subjective ex-perience of this difficult life situation, including its impact on the quality of life of families with children. The thesis consists of two mutually interconnected parts. The theoretical part deals with the importance of employment for humans and general classification of the cau-ses of unemployment and threatened groups on the labour market, the experience of unemployment by the unemployed, the change of the living standard of their families and the importance of the family and social support networks. The research in the practical part surveys the attitudes of the unemployed to their current situation, their experience of the situation and analyses their views on the current situation. The aim of the thesis is to show the subjective feelings of the unemployed person, including the impacts on his/her family, and to compare the obtained information in dependence on the place of residence. The sur-vey could also help social workers and other professionals in auxiliary professions, who come into contact with the unemployed and acquaint them with the feeling of the unemployed. |
