dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce si klade za cíl upozornit na možné sociální dopady nezpůsobilosti občana platit své dluhy. Cílem bylo poukázat na to, že neschopnost splácet své dluhy může přivést domácnost až na pokraj sociální exkluze. V teoretické části seznamuji s vývojem sociálního státu a sociálního bydlení na území nynější Evropské unie. Součástí teoretické části je objasnění sociálních dopadů zadluženosti a možnosti prevence tohoto jevu. V praktické části se věnuji analýze činnosti Domovní správy Břeclav při snižování dluhů za užívání bytového fondu. Další část je sestavena ze tří kasuistik rodin z Břeclavi, které neplacení nájemného přivedlo až k soudnímu vyklizení.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The purpose of this thesis is to draw attention to possible social impacts of citizens' incapability of paying their depts. The aim was to advert to the fact that citizens' incapability of paying their depts may bring households to the brink of social expulsion. The theoretic part shows the development of welfare state and public-assisted housing in the area of present-day European Union. Clarification of social impacts of insolvency and possible precaution against this phenomenon are featured in the theoretic part of the thesis as well. The practical part of the study shows analyses of Břeclav Housing Board's function in reducing depts with the use of housing resources. Another part consists of three case reports on three families in Břeclav whose incapability of paying tenancies has led to eviction.	en
