V teoretické části se věnuje historickému přehledu, formám prostituce, kriminál-ním, zdravotním a právním aspektům prostituce, které s ní souvisí. Ve výzkumné části se diplomová práce zabývá ženami, které prostituci v nočních klubech provozují. Účelem je vystižení problematiky možné legislativní úpravy v podmínkách České republiky. |

This graduation thesis is focused on the issue: Prostitution as a socially patholo-gical phenomenon. In theoretical part is historical overview, manner of prostitution, criminality, healthy and legal aspects of prostitution, which are related. Observational part of this thesis is focused on the women, whose practice prostitution. The goal of the thesis: Giving a true picture of this problems and possibility of legislative modifications in the conditions of Czech Republic. |
