Odkaz Tomáše Bati dnešním podnikatelům

Abstract

Práce se zabývá hledáním odkazu, který zanechal podnikatel světové úrovně Tomáš Baťa budoucím generacím podnikatelů. Na základě shromažďování a třídění informací získaných prostřednictvím českých knižních publikací a internetových zdrojů se práce snaží stanovený cíl naplnit. Cílem práce je tedy vymezit odkaz Tomáše Bati dnešním podnikatelům. Prostřednictvím získaných informací jsem dospěla k závěru, že odkazem Tomáše Bati jsou především jeho myšlenky, které vštěpoval nejen svým zaměstnancům. Další nesmazatelnou stopou Baťovy činnosti jsou základy, na kterých postavil soustavu dnes známou jako Baťovu soustavu řízení, stejně tak podnikatelská filozofie uplatňovaná Tomášem Baťou a důraz na sociální odpovědnost firmy.

The bachelor's thesis deals with the heritage of Tomas Bata that he left for the future entrepreneurs. On the basis of gathering and categorizing the information gained using czech books about Bata and his management and also using internet resources the thesis tries to accomplish its goal which is to find and determine the heritage of Tomas Bata to current entrepreneurs. By analysing the gathered information I came to the conclusion that the most valuable heritage of Tomas Bata are his own ideas, his Management System, business strategy and the corporate social responsibility that he followed.
