dc.description.abstract	Předkládaná bakalářská práce je zaměřena na rozbor konfliktů v komunikaci. Cílem je navrhnout zdokonalenou metodiku zjišťování vyskytujících se konfliktů v prostředí obchodní firmy. Kritickým přístupem ke zvoleným metodikám zjišťování konfliktů jsou vyvozeny poznatky a doporučení k nejefektivnějšímu a nejúčinnějšímu zjišťování konfliktů a posuzování závažnosti konfliktů.	cs

The subject of this work is suggesting a better methodology in detection of conflicts rising in the environment of a business company.
