Tato bakalářská práce se snaží přiblížit systém vzdělávání ve Vězeňské službě ČR. Hlavním, poznávacím cílem práce je zmapovat vzdělávání zaměstnanců VS, poukázat na význam odborné přípravy i potřebu příslušného celoživotního vzdělávání. Vedlejším cílem bylo zjistit, zda a jaké možnosti mají zaměstnanci VS v této oblasti. |
