Diplomová práce se zabývá eliminací neshodných kusů vznikajících v procesu konfekce ve firmě Barum Continental spol. s.r.o. Práce se opírá o teoretický základ zaměřený na zajištění kvality výrobních procesů, vliv lidského faktoru v systémech kvality a objasnění jednotlivých fází nástroje DMAIC, v jejichž rámci je zpracována praktická část diplomové práce. V jednotlivých krocích po sobě následuje definice řešeného problému, sběr potřebných dat v procesu konfekce, jejich analýza z hlediska vlivu faktoru lidského, technického a faktoru času. Následně jsou stanoveny hlavní příčiny vzniku neshod. V závěru jsou navržena možná nápravná opatření a vypracován projekt, jehož cílem je snížení nákladů na neshody v procesu konfekce, a zhodnoceny možné úspory a přínosy plynoucí z realizace tohoto projektu. |

The aim of the dissertation is the elimination of discordant articles produced in the course of tyre building at Barum Continental spol. s.r.o. The dissertation is based on the theoretical basis focused on the quality provision of production processes, influence of human factor in the quality systems and clarification of individual phases of the DMAIC tool, in the frame of which the practical part of the dissertation is elaborated. In individual steps there follows the definition of the problem solved, essential data acquisition in the process of tyre building, their analysis in terms of influence of human, technical and time factors. Subsequently, main causes of discordances are stated. Finally, possible corrective measures are proposed and the project designed, the aim of which is the cost reduction with respect to discordances in the tyre building process, and possible savings and benefits arising form the realization of this project are evaluated. |
