dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce se zabývá zaváděním metodiky totálně produktivní údržby ve firmě Schlote Automotive Czech, a.s. V teoretické části stručně představím metodu TPM, její cíle a zavádění v současných podmínkách. V analytické části rozeberu současný stav údržby ve firmě Schlote. Následuje projektová část, která naváže na výsledky analytické části. Hlavním obsahem projektové části bude zavádění TPM ve firmě. Diplomová práce končí závěrečným hodnocením uvedeného řešení.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This master thesis deals with the implementation of the methodology total productive maintenance in the Schlote company. The theoretical part briefly introduce the method of TPM, its objectives and implementation in current conditions. In the analytical part I analyze the current state of maintenance of the company Schlote. Then is part of the project, which will build on the results of the analysis. The main content of the project will be the introduction of TPM in the company. Master thesis ends with the final evaluation of that solution.	en
