Cílem této diplomové práce je zefektivnění systému reportingu ve společnosti XY s.r.o. Teoretická část je zaměřena na reporting v rámci systému podnikového controllingu a jeho další spojitosti s procesem controllingu, plánování a rozpočtování. V praktické části je popsána současná situace reportingu ve společnosti a je navrženo odstranění několika standardních reportů, aniž by došlo ke snížení efektivnosti celého procesu. Tímto krokem zajistí společnost snížení personálních nákladů, které jsou spjaty s procesem reportingu. V závěrečné části práce je vytvořeno hlášení s názvem "Production key figure report", které pomůže zlepšit orientaci v rámci množství výkazů a zajistit tak rychlý a srozumitelný přehled o aktuální situaci ve výrobní společnosti. |

The main aim of this diploma thesis is to ensure streamlining of reporting system within the company XY s.r.o. The theoretical part is focused on reporting within the controlling system, links with controlling, planning and budgeting system. The practical part describes present reporting situation in the company, and proposes further streamlining of the reporting system through elimination of some standard reports without reducing efficiency of the whole process. Except for this, the company can decrease personnel expenditures involved with the reporting system. At the end of the final part, a key production report is designed, which would allow getting a quick and comprehensive overview of the current situation of the production company in the large amount of reports. |
