dc.description.abstract	Ve své diplomové práci se zabývám školní třídou. Ta je formální sociální skupinou, ve které vznikají různé neformální skupiny, ovlivňující zásadním způsobem dosahování cílů skupiny formální. Poznání a objektivní vhled do vztahů uvnitř školní třídy může významným způso-bem pomoci pedagogům při jejich práci v takovéto skupině. Jedním z účinných nástrojů pro odhalení sociálních vazeb je Morenova sociometrická technika v modifikaci Long - Jonesové.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	I deal with the school class in my Master thesis. This is the formal social group in which various informal clusters appear. These can influence the formal group's goal achievement very substantially. The identification of the interrelations in the school class as well as the objective insight into them may significantly help pedagogues in their work with such a group. One of the effective tools how to reveal the social relations is the Moreno's socio-metric technique according to the Long-Jones modification.	en
