Práce obsahuje teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části popisuji historický vývoj gerontologie a gerontologii jako vědu. Zabývám se samotným procesem stárnutí a jeho dů-sledky na celou společnost. Krátce se zmiňuji i o stáří, dlouhověkosti a ageismu. Popisuji jednotlivé příznaky stárnutí, změny tělesné i psychické. V další části se zaměřuji na všeo-becnou přípravu na stáří s rozdělením do jednotlivých období. V poslední kapitole se zabý-vám vzděláváním seniorů, jeho významem, historií, funkcí a změny, které s sebou přináší odchod do důchodu. Rozdělila jsem jednotlivé formy vzdělávání. Zmiňuji se zde i o meziná-rodním sdružení U3V, jeho cíli a projekty. V praktické části jsem především zjišťovala po-stoje, názory a povědomí veřejnosti o problematice stárnutí, odchodu do důchodu a připra-veností na stáří. Tuto část doplňuje dotazník vyplněný lidmi mladšího a středního věku. |

This thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part of the thesis, history of gerontology and gerontology as a sience are being descripted. I deal with the pro-cess of aging and its social effect. There is also brief recerence to old age and its particular symptoms, longevity, ageism and bodily and mental changes in the tehoretical part. In the next part of thesis i focus on the preparation for old age and its dividing into particular peri-ods. In the last section of theoretical part of the thesis, the senior education and its meaning, history and functions and retirement backwatsh are being described. In this section i divide particular forms of education. In other word, the U3A and its goals and projects are inclu-ded here. The practical part of the thesis is create by aging matters, retirement and preparation for old age with the focus on its basic problems as well as its attitudes, viewpoints and cognizance. Questionaire was executed by adolescent and middle-aged peoples and its included in the thesis. |
