dc.description.abstract	V bakalářské práci je zpracována problematika vlákniny a její konkrétní složky -beta-glukanů. Pojednáno je o charakteristice, zdrojích a fyziologických účincích jak beta-glukanů tak i vlákniny. Rovněž je zpracován přehled používaných metod pro stanovení vlákniny a beta-glukanů. V závěru práce byl proveden průzkum trhu sortimentu dostupných výrobků na bázi vlákniny a beta-glukanů v tržní síti.	cs
