V teoreticke casti prace jsou popsany typy vztahu s dodavateli a jejich rozdeleni do matice dodavatelskych vztahu. Vseobecne poznatky z problematiky rizeni vztahu s dodavateli jsou doplneny poznatky o nakupu v naftarskem a plynarenskem prumyslu. V prakticke casti diplomove prace byl analyzovan nakup spolecnosti skupiny MND. Byly provedeny analyzy ABC a analyza rizika nakupu, analyzovany byly take smluvni vztahy se strategickymi dodavateli. Dale zde byly popsany pouzivane zpusoby hodnoceni dodavatelu. Navrzeny projekt rizeni vztahu s dodavateli zahrnuje rozdeleni dodavatelu podle jejich dulezitosti, rizeni a organizaci nakupniho tymu, motivaci dodavatelu a rozvoj vztahu s dodavateli, rizeni a kontrolu plneni dodavek, system rizeni vztahu s dodavateli. V zaveru je proveden odhad nakladu projektu a zhodnoceni jeho prinosu pro firmu. |

In the theoretical part, types of the supplier relationships and their division in the supplier relationship matrix are described. The general knowledge on the supplier relationship ma-nagement (SRM) was completed with information on purchasing in oil and gas industry. In the practical part of the thesis, the purchasing of MND group companies was analyzed using analyses ABC, analyse of risk of purchases and analyse of the contractual relation-ships with strategic suppliers. The actual types of the supplier evaluation were described. The proposed project on SRM includes supplier stratification, governance and organization of the procurement team, supplier relationships development, supplier performance mana-gement and supplier relationship systems. An estimation of the project costs and an evalua-tion of the project contributions for the company were done in conclusion. |
