dc.description.abstract	Téma mé bakalářské práce je Péče o klienty s demencí. V teoretické části uvádím nejprve základní problematiku demencí, a poté se zabývám zásadami ošetřovatelské péče o klienty s demencí. V praktické části zpracovávám informace, které jsem získala pomocí dotazníkového šetření a dále vyhodnocuji stanovené hypotézy. Dotazník byl určen zdravotním sestrám a měl zmapovat péči o klienty s demencí na standardních lůžkových odděleních krajské nemocnice. Součástí práce je i doporučení pro praxi.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The topic of my bachelor work is the care of clients with dementia. In the theoretical part I first state the basic problems of dementi, and then I write about principles of nursing care of clients with dementia. In the practical part I elaborate information, which I got from the questionnaire and next analyse hypotheses. The questionnaire was answerd by nurses and was supposed to map the care of clients with dementia on the standart wards in the regional hospital. In the one part of the work are recommendations for practice.	en
