Bakalářské práce je zaměřená na motivaci a jejího vlivu na zvyšování výkonnosti zaměstnanců ve firmě AZ STAV spol. s.r.o. Teoretická část se zabývá motivací a jejími činiteli, kteří ovlivňují pracovní výkon zaměstnanců, dále co může motivovat a zvyšovat výkon zaměstnanců. Praktická část se zabývá charakteristikou podniku, motivačním programem a systémem odměňování ve firmě, kde byl proveden dotazníkový průzkum. Na základě zjištěných informací budou řešeny motivační problémy firmy. V závěrečné části budou navrženy řešení na konkrétní motivační problémy. |

The bachelor work is focused on motivation and its impact on raising performance of emplyees in the company AZ STAV Ltd. The teoretical part is focus on motivation and its factors that influence performence of the employees followed by aspects that can motivate and raise the effort of the workers. The practical part is aimed at the characteristics of the company, motivational program and remuneration in the company, where an inteview among the workers has been done. The problems with motivation in the company will be dealt based on the information gained. In the final part, specific ways of solution are gonna be designed. |
