Cílem této diplomové práce je teoreticky popsat domácí násilí a jeho specifika v České republice - statistický výskyt, charakteristiku oběti i násilníka, legislativní rámec a kontaktní místa pomoci. Velký prostor je věnován nestátním neziskovým organizacím specializovaným na pomoc obětem domácího násilí, jejich přehledu i analýze poskytovaných služeb. Přínosem této práce je aktuální komparativní studie o nabízených službách nestátních neziskových organizací i intervenčních center, které se zabývají pomocí osobám ohrožených domácím násilím a jeho obětem. |

Aim of this thesis is to describe domestic violence and its specifics in Czech Republic, such as its statistical occurrence, characterization of victims and usurpers, legislative frame and contact places providing help. A large part is paid to non-government non-profit organizations specialized in providing help to domestic violence victims, list of these organizations and analysis of the services they provide. Contribution of this thesis is a current comparative study of both services offered by the non-government non-profit organizations and interventional centers that deal with help to those people endangered with domestic violence and its victims. |
