Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o postavení občana v územní samosprávě. Předmětem teoretické části práce je charakteristika územní samosprávy z pohledu platné právní úpravy, postavení a organizace územní samosprávy. Práce se dále věnuje vymezení základních práv občanů obce vycházejících z platného zákona o obcích. Praktická část je zaměřena na institut místního referenda, právní úpravu a praktickou aplikaci podle aktuálního zákona o místním referendu. V závěrečné části bylo učiněno zhodnocení a shrnutí bakalářské práce. |

This bachelor work discourses the position of residents in municipal authorities. The characteristics of the municipal authorities from the point of view of valid legal regulations, rank and establishment of municipal authorities is the object of the theoretical part of this work. The work dwells on the determination of basic rights of residents of the municipality which result from the valid municipal law. The practical part is aimed for the institute of the local referendum, legal forms and practical application according to the up-to-date law about the local referendum. The evaluation and the summing up of the bachelor work is carried out in the final part. |
