Tato práce nese název "Analýza monitorovacích ukazatelů investičních projektů grantových schémat Společného regionálního operačního programu v Moravskoslezském kraji". V teoretické části je charakterizován Společný regionální operační program, v rámci kterého byla podporována investiční grantová schémata Moravskoslezského kraje. Samozřejmě jsou v této části vymezeny základní pojmy, odborná terminologie, uvedeny výchozí vazby a vymezen finanční rámec samotných grantových schémat. V praktické části je provedena analýza monitorovacích ukazatelů grantového schématu Regionální podpora podnikům v Moravskoslezském kraji a grantového schématu Podpora místní infrastruktury pro cestovní ruch. Projektová část shrnuje podstatná zjištění a navrhuje možná řešení vzniklých nedostatků. |

The thesis is focused on "The Analysis of Performing Values of Monitoring Indicators in the Capital Projects of the Grant Schemes within the scope of the Joint Regional Operational Programme in the Moravian-Silesian Region". In its theoretical part the thesis describes the Joint Regional Operational Programme whitch the Capital Projects of the Grant Schemes in the Moravian-Silesian Region were supported within. Of course this part specifies the basic ideas and words of art as well as the basic structure and the financial framework of the grant schemes. The practical part includes the analysis of the monitoring indicators of the Grant Scheme Regional Assistance to Enterprises in the Moravian-Silesian Region and the Grant Scheme Support of Local Tourist Infrastructure. The project part summarizes the essential findings and proposes possible solutions to the framework shortcomings. |
