dc.description.abstract	Nestátním neziskovým organizacím v České republice se nabízí již řadu let možnost získání a využití peněžních prostředků z Evropského sociálního fondu. Tyto prostředky využívají k realizaci svých vizí a ambicí a tato diplomová práci se zabývá otázkou konkrét-ního přínosu pro klienty těchto organizací. S ohledem na studijní obor jsem zvolil nezisko-vou organizaci přicházející s projektem sociální integrace lidských zdrojů na trh práce. V praktické části své diplomové práce provedu kvalitativní výzkum tohoto projektu.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	Non-govermental non-profit organizations in the Czech republic are offered a possi-bility for getting and using financial means from the European social fund for many years. These means are used for realization their visions and ambitions and this final thesis is con-cerned with question of particular gain for clients of these organizations. With regard to my degree I chose a non-profit organization coming with a project of social integration of hu-man resources to the labour market. In a practical part of my work I will reflect qualitative research of this project.	en
