Tato diplomová práce se zabývá tématem kompetencí sociálního pedagoga. Pojednává o sociální pedagogice, o kompetencích obecně a specificky o kompetencích sociálního pedagoga. Z poznatků uvedených v teoretické části práce vychází část praktická. V rámci výzkumného projektu byl vytvořen dotazník kompetencí sociálního pedagoga. Respondenty byly studenti oboru sociální pedagogika. Cílem kvantitativního výzkumu bylo na základě získaných dat vytvořit model kompetencí sociálního pedagoga ve třech oblastech - vědo-mosti, dovednosti a schopnosti, osobnostní charakteristiky. Dotazník byl také zaměřen na posouzení toho, v jaké míře byly tyto tři soubory kompetencí rozvíjeny v rámci studia. |

The following thesis is focused on the problematic of competences of social pedagogue. The theoretic part of the thesis is focusing on the social pedagogy, comeptences and competences of social pedagogue. From the teoretical part go the practical part. The practical part of the thesis is bassed on a quantitative approach. In the form of questionnaire about competences of social pedagogue- in three sections - knowledges, skills, personality cha-racteristics, distributed on univerzity students with the specialization Social Pedagogy. The aim of the research was to create the model of social pedagogue's competences. The questionnaire was also focused on analysis of cultivation this three sections within in terms of study. |
