Předmětem bakalářské práce "Analýza vnitřních a vnějších podmínek pro založení taneční školy Laban's Academy" je strategická analýza této školy a návrh vhodné strategie, která umožní úspěšný vstup této instituce na trh. V teoretické části je pozornost věnovaná pojmům strategie a strategické řízení, dále jsou zde shrnuty poznatky o průběhu strategické analýzy využitelné pro tvorbu strategie. V praktické části je nejprve uvedena charakteristi-ka sledované taneční školy, po níž následuje strategická analýza jejího vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí. Výsledky analýz jsou přehledně zpracovány do analýzy SWOT. V závěru práce je navržena strategie pro úspěšné založení taneční školy Laban's Academy. |

The goal of the bachelor thesis "Analysis of the internal and external conditions for an es-tablishment of the dance school Laban's Academy'q is strategic analysis of this school and a suggestion of a suitable strategy which allows a successful access of this institution to the market. In theoretical part there are definitions of strategy and strategic management, also there is the summary of knowledge about the process of a strategic analysis available for a creation of the strategy. In practical part there is firstly mentioned the description of the dance school, following by the strategic analysis of its internal and external surroundings. The analysis results are classified into the SWOT analysis. In conclusion, the optimal strat-egy for successful establishment of the dance school Laban's Academy is suggested. |
