Název mé diplomové práce zní Alternativní formy trestu v resocializační praxi. Vybral jsem si toto téma, protože je to podle mého názoru aktuální problém. Alternativní tresty představují nové možnosti, jak reagovat na zvyšující se kriminalitu a záležitosti k tomu související. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na 2 části - teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část se skládá ze čtyř kapitol. Nejprve v teoretické části vysvětluji odborné termíny z oblasti trestání, alternativních trestů a teorie retributivní a restorativní justice. Představuji čtenáře s činnostmi probační a mediační služby, která významně přispívá k efektivní realizaci alternativních trestů. Stěžejní kapitola celé diplomové práce obsahuje rozbor platné zákonné úpravy výkonu alternativního trestu obecně prospěšných prací. Dále popisuji změny v souvislosti s novelizací trestního zákona o trestání a alternativních trestech. V praktické části informuji o kasuistikách (případových studiích) odsouzených k výkonu alternativního trestu obecně prospěšných prací v Kontaktním a poradenském centru prevence závislostí v Havířově. |

The title of my thesis is The Alternative Forms Of Punishment In Resocialization Experience. I have chosen this topic because in my opinion it is a topical problem. Alternative punishments represent new options how to react with increasing criminality and matters related to it. The thesis is divided into two parts - a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part consists of four chapters. At first in the theoretical part I explain special terms from the field of punishment, alternative punishments and theories of retributive or restorative justice. I introduce to readers the activities of Probatory and Mediatory Service which highly contributes to effective realization of alternative punishments. The main part of this thesis contains analysis of valid legal regulations of execution of alternative punishment of comunity service. Next I describ changes in context to updating of Criminal Code by punishment and alternative punishments. In the practical part I inform about life stories of convicts to execution of alternative punishment of comunity services at the Contact and Consulting Centre for Prevention of Addictions in the town of Havirov. The appendices include stationery documents which relate to execution of alternative punishment of comunity services. |
