Cílem této bakalářské práce je provést analýzu způsobu financování investičního záměru. Jedná se o realizaci bioplynové stanice ve společnosti Úsovsko a.s. V teoretické části je zpracována literární rešerše týkající se zdrojů financování investic. Praktická část se zabývá charakteristikou společnosti Úsovsko a.s. - její historií, organizační strukturou, členěním společnosti na jednotlivé divize a charakteristikou jejich zaměstnanců. Popisuje finanční situaci společnosti na základě provedené finanční analýzy, investiční záměr a analýzu jejího financování. Závěrem bakalářské práce je doporučení pro společnost, jak financovat daný investiční záměr. |

This bachelor thesis aim to analyse way of financing of investment project. It is an implementation of biogas station in the company Úsovsko Inc. The theoretical part of my thesis works up the literary background research relating to sources of financing of investment. The practical part deals with characteristic of the company Úsovsko Inc. - its history, organization structure, structuring of company to division and characteristic its employees. It describes financial situation of the company on the basis its financial analysis, investment project and an analysis of its financing. At the end of my bachelor thesis is some recommendation for the company how to finance this investment project. |
