dc.description.abstract	Předmětem bakalářské práce je popis nejpoužívanějších forem využití manipulačních pro-středků. Práce uvádí přehled mimořádných událostí, příčin vzniku a mnohdy katastrofál-ních následků. K jejich odstranění se právě manipulační technika využívá. Cílem bakalářské práce je navržení nejvhodnějšího řešení formou havarijního-krizového plánu, který se uplatní při povodňových mimořádných událostech.	cs
