Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na sociálně aktivizační služby poskytované rodinám s dětmi, které selhávají při plnění funkcí rodiny a mohou tak ohrozit zdravý vývoj dítěte. V teoretické části práce poukazuji na významnou funkci rodiny, její důležitou roli v životě dítěte. Popisuji, jak stát legislativně, především formou zákona o sociálně-právní ochraně dětí, zajišťuje ochranu práva dítěte na jeho zdravý vývoj, když rodina není schopna plnit své základní funkce a jaké stát podniká kroky v zlepšování péče o ohrožené děti. Dále přibližuji způsoby sociální práce s rodinou, které směřují k zajištění obnovy narušených funkcí rodiny. V praktické části práce představuji sociálně aktivizační služby, které poskytuje nezisková organizace Azylový dům pro ženy a matky o.p.s. ve Vsetíně, ve spolupráci s oddělením sociálně-právní ochrany dětí Městského úřadu Vsetín. Formou kvalitativního výzkumu zjišťuji, jaký význam mají poskytované sociálně aktivizační služby pro sociálně znevýhodněné rodiny, jak mohou aktivovat rodiny k ozdravění rodinného prostředí, aby rodina byla schopna zajistit dítěti jeho fyzické i psychické potřeby a měla pozitivní vliv na utváření jeho osobnosti. |

This dissertation is focused on social activization services providing for families with chil-dren, that fail in fulfilling the family functions, so that they can endanger a healthy progress of a child. In theoretic part of my thesis I refer to important family function and its status in a child's life. I describe, how the state legislatively, mainly by the law of social-legal chil-dren protection, supports protection of children rights on their healthy child's progress, in case of the fact that the family is not able to fulfill its basic functions. Further on, I describe what steps the state makes to increase the care of children in danger. I also report ways of social work with family, that tend to recover defective family functions. In practical part of the thesis I present social activization services provided by non-profit organization Asylum for mothers with children Vsetin in cooperation with Social-legal protection of children department by the Municipal authority of Vsetin. Through the quantitative research I find out the meaning of social activization services provided for socially disadvanteged families, how they can enable the families to make better their family atmosphere, so that the family would be able to provide the child its physical and mentally needs a have positive influence on its personality creation. |
