Cílem této práce je analyzovat systém managementu jakosti ve smyslu norem ISO/TS 16949 ve společnosti Zeveta Bojkovice, a.s., dodavatele komponentů pro automobilový průmysl a jednoho z největších zaměstnavatelů v uherskobrodském regionu. Teoretická část této bakalářské práce se zabývá podstatou řízení jakosti a rozebírá konkrétní normy, jimiž se jakost ve společnostech řídí. Detailněji jsou rozebrány normy řady ISO 9000, kon-krétně ISO 9001, jejíž nadstavbou je technická specifikace ISO/TS 16949. V rámci praktické části je provedena analýza politiky a cílů společnosti a dále interní audit systému, procesu a výrobku podle normalizačních doporučení VDA 6. V závěru jsou za-znamenány výsledky analýz a v návaznosti na ně doporučující nápravná opatření. |

The main aim of this bachelor thesis is the analyzing of the quality management system in the sense of ISO/TS 16949 standards in Zeveta Bojkovice, a.s. company - producer of components for automotive industry and significant employer in Uherský Brod region. Theoretical part deals with basic principles of the quality management system and then there are analyzed ISO standards, particularly ISO 9001 and ISO/TS 16949. Practical part is focused on principles of internal audits. There are analyzed the results of internal audits, which were performed in Zeveta Bojkovice, a.s. This part also deals with the analyzing of the main aims of the company and its politics. The conclusion of this bachelor thesis deals with recommendations which were exposed during the internal audits or analyzing quality policy. |
