Tato práce pojednává o výchově dětí v rodině s ohledem na sociálně-právní ochranu dětí. Je složena z teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část se zabývá pojmem rodina, výchovou v rodině, historií, která souvisí s rodinou a výchovou, sebevýchovou, volným časem a sociálně-právní ochranou dětí. V této částí se zabývám legislativou a zákony, které souvisí s rodinou. V praktické části představuji výzkum, který jsem prováděla na jednotlivých základních školách. Výzkum zjišťoval názory dětí na výchovu v rodině a používání odměn a trestů. Dále jsem prováděla rozhovory s rodiči a zjišťovala jejich názory na výsledky od dětských respondentů. |

In my graduate thesis I focus on upbringing of children in the family, with regard to their social and legal protection. The thesis consists of a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part deals with the term "family'q, family upbringing, history of family and upbringing, self-education, free time and social and legal protection of children. In this part I deal with legislation and laws related to family. In the practical part I present the research carried out at particular primary schools. The aim of my research was to find out children's opinions on family upbringing and the system of rewards and punishments. I also interviewed the parents to find out their opinions on children's answers to the questions. |
