Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou financování příspěvkových organizací zřizovaných obcemi. V teoretické části jsou zpracovány literární zdroje týkající se veřejného sektoru a školství, které je jeho nedílnou součástí. Dále je zde zmíněn rozpočet ČR v návaznosti na financování příspěvkových organizací. V poslední kapitole teoretické části je představena finanční analýza a její modifikace pro municipální firmy. Praktická část začíná školstvím ve Zlínském kraji obecně, pokračuje charakteristikou konkrétního zařízení s uvedením základních údajů. Poté jsou vypočteny a vyhodnoceny jednotlivé ukazatele finanční analýzy, specifické pro neziskové firmy. Práce je zaměřena na zjištění úrovně nejen financování, ale i hospodaření s přidělenými finančními prostředky a to jak z celkového pohledu, tak z pohledu konkrétní školy. |

The bachelor theses concerns a financial analysis of allowance organisations whose founder is a municipality. In the theoretical part are first of all presented data from sources describing public sector and education as its integral part. Apart from this the state budget of Czech Republic, in connection with financing allowance organisations, is mentioned. The last chapter of the theoretical part introduces a financial analysis and its modification used for municipal organisations. The practical part of the theses focuses in the first place on general information about an educational system in the Zlín region, secondly on description of concrete educational institution, including basic facts about it, and finally on an evaluation of particular indicators of financial analysis specific for non-profit making organisations. In other words the theses focuses on level of both financing educational institutions and managing financial resources not only from the general point of view but also from the point of view of concrete educational institution. |
