Dobrovolník zaujímá v organizaci zvláštní místo a při dobrém vedení a spolupráci se stává nepostradatelným členem týmu. Cílem této práce je přiblížit dobrovolnictví, jeho legisla-tivní rámec a osobu dobrovolníka. V teoretické části je popsáno rozdělení dobrovolnictví do různých kategorií, zabývá se motivy, které k němu vedou. Popisuje výběr, nástup a pů-sobení dobrovolníků v zařízeních sociálních služeb, zejména v domovech pro seniory. Za-bývá se činností a náplní práce dobrovolníka. Praktická část seznamuje s výsledky výzku-mu, který byl proveden v domovech pro seniory ve Zlínském kraji a zaměřuje se na infor-movanost o možnosti využití dobrovolníků a jejich konkrétní působení. |

The volunteer has a special place in the organization and with good management and cooperation became an indispensable member of the team. The aim of this work is focus closer on volunteerism, on his legislative framework and on the person of volunteer. The theoretical part describes volunteering and its different categories, the motivation which lead any person to become volunteer. It talks more about the selection, the start and the work of volunteers in social service facilities, especially in homes for the elderly. It describes all activities and volunteers job descriptions. The practical part presents the results of pro-research, which was carried out in homes for the elderly in the Zlín region and focuses on awareness of the possible use of volunteers and their specific functions in organizations. |
