dc.description.abstract	Budování kariéry je u žen společností vnímáno jako nereálné. Společnost se domnívá, že není možné skloubit práci s fungující rodinou, proto jsem se rozhodla zpracovat diplomovou práci na téma Žena v managementu. Zaměřím se na zvládání skloubení rodinného a pracovního života žen v nadřízených funkcích. Stěžejním tématem mé diplomové práce bude postavení žen na trhu práce, životní strategie tykající se rodiny a zaměstnání. Cílem mé diplomové práce není rozbor statistických ukazatelů, ale zmapovat hodnoty a postoje žen v řídících pozicích. Diplomová práce je členěna do dvou základních kapitol - teoretické a praktické části. Tyto části pak obsahují podkapitoly, které jsou věnovány konkrétním tématům.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The human society does not perceive building female career as real. The society assumes that it is impossible to cohere the career and family. That is why I decided to work up my graduation thesis on the theme Woman in management. I want to target at mutual interconnection of family and work life of women working as seniors executive. The main theme of my graduation thesis will be the position of women on the job market, life strategies dealing with family and job. The goal is not the analysis of statistical indexes but the aim is to chart merits and positions of women in controlling functions. This thesis is divided into two basic parts - theoretical part and practical part. This parts contain subchapters which deals with specific themes.	en
