Bakalářská práce se zabývá využitím canisterapie v komplexní péči o děti se spastickou formou dětské mozkové obrny. Dětskou mozkovou obrnu, která je následkem rané léze mozku nelze vyléčit, ale lze ji do určité míry účinně léčit. Canisterapii můžeme považovat za jednu z mnoha doplňujících terapií nacházející plné uplatnění v týmové péči o pacienty s hybným postižením. V teoretické části popisuji nejčastější příčiny vzniku dětské mozkové obrny. Rozděluji jednotlivé typy dětské mozkové obrny podle charakteru hybné poruchy a představuji tak v této kapitole její čtyři základní formy. Dále se zabývám problematikou péče o takto postižené děti. Uvádím zde některé nejčastěji užívané metody a terapie. V další kapitole představuji canisterapii, popisuji zde její historický vývoj, zájem blíže soustřeďuji na současné cíle, metody a formy canisterapie s využitím u dětí s dětskou mozkovou obrnou. Dále v práci věnuji pozornost tomu, jaký by canisterapeutický pes měl být. V praktické části uvádím kazuistiky dětí se spastickou formou DMO, jenž jsou dokladem kladného působení canisterapie. Tato kapitola se zabývá šetřením výsledků pozorování stimulace dětí canisterapií. |

This thesis deals with canistherapy usage in complex health care of children with spastic form of childish cerebral paralysis (CCP). Cerebral paralysis as a result of matutinal brain lesion is irreversible, but it is possible to reduce its symptoms effectively. Canistherapy is considered to be a supporting physiotherapeutical method that can find its full use in team care of patients with motor handicap. Theoretical part of this thesis describes the most frequent reasons of childish cerebral paralysis occurrance. CCP is divided into four basic types according to the nature of motor handicap. The questions of the health care of children with CCP are further developed along with the most frequent therapy methods and forms. Next chapter introduces the term of cannistherapy and describes its historical evolution. The current targets, methods and forms are described in detail - including their use in care of children with CCP. Basic requirements for casts and behavior of dogs used for canistherapy are mentioned. Practical thesis part summarizes casuistics of children with spastic form of CCP - the ones who were cured by applying of cannistherapy. Positive results with this application are stated. |
