Bakalárska práca spracováva problematiku tvorby systému hodnotenia pracovníkov. Najskôr v stručnosti zhrňuje teoretické poznatky k téme hodnotenia pracovníkov. Jej praktická časť potom analyzuje súčasný systém hodnotenia pracovníkov v spoločnosti Fatra, a.s. a skúma pripravenosť hodnotiteľov na hodnotenie svojich podriadených. Ďalej sa zaoberá vyhodnotením tohto prieskumu a návrhom na systém hodnotenia TH pracovníkov. |

Bachelor thesis deals with the task of designing the employee performance appraisal system. Firstly, it briefly summarize impractical facts about employee performance appraisal. Its applied part analyses the current performance appraisal system of company Fatra Inc. and researches the ability of leaders to evaluate the performance of employees. It interprets the results of this research and designs the performance appraisal system of technical and economic employees. |
