dc.description.abstract	Tématem mé závěrečné bakalářské práce jsou klimakterické potíže a kvalita života ženy. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí a to části teoretické a části praktické. V teoretické části se zabývám anatomií a fyziologií pohlavních orgánů ženy, klimakteriem a potížemi s ním spojenými. V této části vysvětluji a rozebírám výše uvedené termíny. Dále zde informuji o možnostech hormonální substituční terapie nebo nehormonální léčbě, změnách v psychice žen v tomto období a vhodném životním stylu. V části praktické zkoumám dotazníkovým šetřením informovanost žen v problematice klimakteria, ať už se jedná o vyskytující se potíže, jejich řešení, nebo také zjišťuji nejčastěji objevující se potíže u samotných respondentek a jak je ony samy řeší. Dále se zajímám o změnu kvality života v období klimakteria a možnosti využití preventivních opatření (ať lékařských nebo selfmonitoringu).	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	My bachelor thesis deals with climacterical problems and the quality of woman's life. The thesis includes two parts: theoretical and practical ones. The theoretical part treats the anatomy and physiology of female genitalia, climacterium and problems connected with climacterium. In this part I describe and analyze all the expressions mentioned above. Then I consider changes of women's mood, possibilities concerning a hormonal substitute therapy or a non-hormonal treatment and I give advice concerning an appropriate lifestyle. In the practical part I use questionnaires to examine knowledge of women in climacterium and issues such as problems caused by climacterium, treatment of these problems. I also state the most common complications from which the informants suffer themselves, and I describe the way they solve their problems. Finally, I am interested in the change of the quality of life in the period of climacterium and the usage of preventive precaution (medical prevention or self-monitoring).	en
