dc.description.abstract	Cílem této bakalářské práce je nabídnout ucelený přehled historických i aktuálních informací o profesi porodní asistentky. Práce se skládá ze dvou základních částí - teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část je sběrem dat a informací týkajících se porodní asistence od dob antiky až po současnost. Zaznamenává postupný vývoj kompetencí a vzdělání porodních asistentek, změny v legislativě a postavení porodní asistentky ve společnosti. Závěrečná praktická část se zabývá analýzou získaných dat z dotazníkového šetření u porodních asistentek a znalostního testu pro veřejnost. Získaná data jsou zde statisticky zpracována, na jejichž základě jsou vyhodnoceny stanovené cíle a hypotézy.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of this bachelor thesis is to offer the reader an integrated summary of historical and actual information about a midwifery profession. The thesis consists of two basic parts - theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is the obstetric assistance information and the data acquistion from the antique period till today. It records the progress competence and the education in the obstetric assistance, the legislation changes and the midwife condition in the society. The final practical thesis analyses data, gathered from questionnaires for midwives and knowledge tests for public. Obtained data are here statistically processed, on the basis of which, the fixed aims and hypotheses are evaluated.	en
